We're looking for a Graphic Designer (POD) with a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for creativity, to develop Print-on-Demand products that win in international e-commerce markets (US–EU). You'll work directly with global markets, constantly catching trends and turning ideas into bestsellers.

Job description

1. POD product design

Design / redesign POD products: T-shirt, Poster, Mug, Canvas, Pillow, etc.
Create product mockups for listing on international e-commerce platforms
Develop design ideas from existing concepts or create your own following market trends

2. Trend research & creativity

Stay up to date with design trends and US–EU customer tastes
Research niches, trends and color palettes suited to each customer segment
Propose new ideas to improve competitiveness and sales performance

3. Collaboration & optimization

Work with the Operations and Marketing teams to keep products on-brief
Ensure design quality and meet deadlines
Proactively optimize workflow, design files and processes

Requirements

Must-have

Proficient with Photoshop (PTS) and Illustrator (AI)
Aesthetic sense, creativity and a passion for design
Familiar with POD design tools/websites
Highly responsible and proactive
Meets deadlines, careful, good time management
Hardworking, honest, eager to learn

Nice-to-have (big plus)

Experience in POD / E-commerce
Use of AI-assisted design tools
Strong trend-spotting, understanding of the US–UK market
Experience with Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.
